First problem with this phone is it restarts automatically without doing anything, it also shuts down sometimes. the screen becomes unresponsive and you will not be able to accept the incoming call if that happens. to fix this I have to restart the phone.
After using just 3 months the volume control button stopped working, turns out it is due to cheap plastic inside the phone which is broken. Do not waste your money buying this very unreliable and very poor manufacture quality phone.

If your looking for a cost effective windows phone ....then the 620 is for you . It's a great phone don't have any problems with it. This is a good value for money !!
